Advice & Tips: If I should miss taking this for some reason in the morning I can tell by early evening that I didn't take it. My medications are set up once a week to be taken daily 3 times a day so I won't forget to take them.

Advice & Tips: I have not noticed it is helping me yet. We are working on increasing the dosage to see if that will help, however I am noting chest pains which I was passing off as heart burn. We are now considering this to be a side effect of the medication that needs to be watched as I increase the meds.

Advice & Tips: Provigil use to help me more with my lassitude fatigue. I've been taken Provigil for at least eight years. I've notice that the drug does not seem to be working as well.

Advice & Tips: It was extrememely helpful in alleviate my severe fatigue symptom, but the muscle weakness that I experienced became progressively worse to the point of frightening me and therefore decided that I would ask my doctor for alternative therapy.

Advice & Tips: I am impressed by how well it works. It's almost as if I don't have chronic fatigue anymore. I still can't really do any significant cardio because the next day I'll be out of commission regardless of the meds. One other thing to mention is that it only works for half of the day. So if you sleep 8 hours and are awake for 16, the drug only lasts for about 8 hours and you then need another one or you will experience the crash of the century. So I have to take another one to give myself another "boost". I am seeing my doctor on Thurs. to discuss whether I'll continue with the drug, change to something else (if something else exists), or go back to the diet pills that I used to order on the internet.

Advice & Tips: The increased dosage helps to shorten how long I sleep, when I sometimes still fall asleep during the day. I also don't fall back to sleep, right after eating breakfast or lunch.

Advice & Tips: Provigil has enabled me to stay awake and function all day, without it I fall asleep when I am sitting down longer than 15 minutes. I am still able to nap or rest, even if I just took it and it does not make me nervous or jittery.
