Advice & Tips
Was effective in making me feel more able to cope with life, however, I had to steadily increase the dosage (with medical supervision), as this became less effective over time. Coinciding with the start of this medication, I also began to sweat and overheat excessively and I believe this contributed to this worsening. Thus medication was changed in an effort to find one that I can better tolerate.

It is just managing to keep me calm enough to begin to think straight. Without it, I would not be able to function at all. Does provoke excessive sweating / hot flushes, although, to be fair, this is only worsening a situation already caused by genetic predisposition, excessively humid climate, the fibromyalgia and menopause.
