Advice & Tips
I can't handle needles because of the pain, but accupressure, while it's being done is very relaxing and I can fall asleep right after for about 2 hours without pain. It's been a mixed bag the following morning. Several times, I've felt worse, several times I've felt better. Chinese therapies take awhile to feel the effects because the work is holistic and it's about balancing the energies in the body to function correctly. I am committed to stick with it for the next 3 months to see if it helps.
