Advice & Tips: Self-injecting is MUCH easier than you think it will be ahead of time. Because I am extremely lean, I find it's more comfortable to insert the needle at a shallow angle. Definitely rotate injection sites daily.

Advice & Tips: I think it has slowed prgression. Shots are a pain, and bother. Injections burn sometimes and leave redness, bruising, and a lump. Itches.

Advice & Tips: I take this right before I go to bed at night. Moving around helps - if I sit still right after, the pain is worse. I just read some advice on this site to warm the needle to body temperature - I did it last night and the pain was much less intense! The pain stayed localized at the injection site instead of spreading a foot from the site as it usually does. I put the needle against my stomach for 2 minutes. You get used to the pain thought - if these meds work it's totally worth it.

Advice & Tips: I think it really helped for 14 years. My MS changed from RRMS to SPMS. Because the effectiveness for secondary progressive is not known I stopped treatment to start a study.
