I only have 25's not 30's. I entered that wrong in Aug. and I only take one capsule as needed. They cause me to become moderately drowsy and unable to drive safely until after I let the drowsiness take over...I have a short nap(30 min.) and when I wake I am no longer drowsy, no longer getting the nods and the anti-anxiety benefit is major. I take this medication only occasionally. I also sleep well on nights after having had to take a dose that day.
