My doctor prescribes 3 Flexeril per day. If I took that many I would be a walking Zombie. I usally don't take more than 2 per day. My neck gives me terrible pain. My PCP adjusts my neck for me. My lower back also goes into spasms. I reallly am glad that my doctor gives me the Flexeril as I also get Charlie Horses at night and the Flexeril helps with those.

I take it 3 times/day on a schedule with my Lyrica. I haven't had any issue with the Flexeril. Mild Drowsiness is the worst side effect and even that is mild.
