Has helped tremendously with my memory problems so far. I don't forget appointments or deadlines at work. I still have some problems with word recall, but even that has improved some.

Advice & Tips
Very easy to take, no adverse side effects. It didn't cause nausea like Aricept did for several weeks (it did subside). My neurologist found some info on possible adverse indications from taking it and encouraged me to stop so I did reluctantly.
