Dec 10, 2008 Take this medication right before going to sleep. It has been my experience that if I do anything after taking this medication I will not remember it the next day. I've had phone conversations with people and had no recollection of it the next day. I've gone to the grocery store, prepared meals and driven to people's houses and didn't remember any of it. < $25 monthly

Sep 30, 2008 Take only as needed. This drug is addictive. Keep your doctor up to date with side effects and effect on reasons you are taking this drug. Be really careful that you get plenty of sleep after taking this medicine. Grogginess is a true concern otherwise. Driving and using dangerous or heavy machinery really should be avoided when you take this medicine. IT WILL KNOCK YOU OUT!!! < $25 monthly

Apr 03, 2009 Just be in your bed, turn out the lights and tv. Don't be doing reading, projects, etc. after taking the medication or you may not see any effect and still have issues with your sleep. $25-49 monthly

Mar 27, 2007 I took this to help me sleep when an effort to get me off Klonopin caused me to roll around in bed restlessly all night. Even at gradually increasing doses the Ambien did not help. In the end I stopped the Ambien and went back up on the Klonopin. < $25 monthly
