Feb 28, 2010 Before I had to retire I would suffer extreme sleepiness after my reqip kicked in at work. The Provigil helped a little. I had to be careful not to take it too late in the afternoon because it kept me from sleeping soundly. I would go off to sleep at my normal time. Later, usually several hours before time to get up, I would awaken and my thoughts would be so vivid about anything that came to mind. It was frustrating to say the least. It does help me stay awake but I still get very fatigued after the reqip and stalevo kick in. $50-99 monthly

Jan 13, 2010 At first, this med worked wonderfully for my fatigue. After a while, it stopped working and just made me feel sick. I sampled the new version (Nuvigil), and that didn't appear to work at all. < $25 monthly
