Advice & Tips
it's always been a chore for me to remember meds, even including like, antibiotics (taken 2,3,or 4 time a day... i'd always forget!!!) but this is a once a day shot i take every morning. if i happen to forget it, (happened a time or two since starting it) i can still take it as long as it is at least 12 hours till my next shot. a lot of pressure to be RIGHT ON TIME is gone. so much nicer... i DO get the lumps after the shot on my legs, and the sting/itch on am shot days, but nothing i can't deal with. pretty positive experience overall. :)

Advice & Tips
I take this right before I go to bed at night. Moving around helps - if I sit still right after, the pain is worse. I just read some advice on this site to warm the needle to body temperature - I did it last night and the pain was much less intense! The pain stayed localized at the injection site instead of spreading a foot from the site as it usually does. I put the needle against my stomach for 2 minutes. You get used to the pain thought - if these meds work it's totally worth it.

Advice & Tips
I think it really helped for 14 years. My MS changed from RRMS to SPMS. Because the effectiveness for secondary progressive is not known I stopped treatment to start a study.

Better for me to take the shot in the morning so that I didn't forget. If I waited until evening I'd forget or fall asleep.

Advice & Tips
get your veins ballooned... because you have CCSVI... it was very ez with no problems... and even though one-third of people treated don't get symptom relief, like myself, it's still worth a shot and at least you will have better blood flow to your lesions among other things, and this is the main point in getting venoplasty...
