I been in counseling for my mental illness since 1989. This time I had a psychologist and she was female and felt better to talk about sex with good feedback. During treatment she felt my social phobia and anxiety. So she was running a group theory capped at 4 and I been for a whole year. I am not alone and good feeback from members. I still have social phobia and go to work and hide in my house on weekends. commited to anothe year

Its very individual, for me it gave alot, particularly at the begining, and due to distance and me changing it became less cost effective. Overall very glad and furtunate for having found Ofir and I'd recommend him To me it gave mostly a way to put my feelings into words and express them and know them.
