Advice & Tips: I began taking this drug because my son recommended it. It greatly helped my energy and appetite, at first, but after 4 months it no longer did. For some reason hospice is keeping me on it.

Advice & Tips: Sometimes I feel so tired, that I tend to fall asleep during the day! At night I become so wired that I cannot sleep, but during the day I will be sitting at the PC, or watching TV, and then wham! A few minutes later I wake up with almost o clue how long I've been asleep... In fact I've fallen asleep six times since I started writing this, and each time I awaken I ask this question, "IF I'm suddenly falling alseep all the time without any reason --- is the dose I'm on too strong?" The last time I increased my dosage was before I restarted my Enbrel started to work, and I'm thinking that maybe it's time to decrease my dosage again

Advice & Tips: I still have not found the right dosage. I feel I need to go a little stronger as far as that goes. I have noticed increased sweating, extreme dry mouth and constipation. I take MIRALAX every morning now, mixed in my coffee and that has really helped with the constipation. I also noticed that I need to increase amount of dosage and frequency about every six months. BUT, it sure has taken the edge off the pain. I took 750 mg. of Vicodin, 2 at a time, for almost six months and it wasn't working.
