As Cortisol was given with a view to reduce I found marking off the dose on the bottle each day helpful(easy to forget dose). Also I started on 40 mgs but as I had multiple symptoms I should have started on 60 mgs ideally. I got this advice from MS Nurse Specialist after I'd seen GP. It was a bank holiday weekend!
