I think I found that CFS/ME is a problem, so overdoing anything made me sick - however doing gentle yoga was VERY helpful and pleasant when only dealing with FM symptoms. I did basic moves (child, table, cobra, etc) in my home and breathing exercises for about 20 minutes. Recently, I have had the most lengthy amt of days where PRFs are above 40 so I have stopped this treatment. I am doing very gentle stretching daily, and moving when I can to tolerance.

This is the best medicine. Flexibility and strength are essential to fighting the progression of Parkinson's. Unfortunately, I cannot stay on through the whole class. Walk in and wheelchair out.
