I stop drinking caffeine by 4:00 PM so it can flush through my system by bedtime. It can be very difficult to change your habits if you are used to drinking caffeine at any time of day.
Burden
I have had a big habit of drinking coffee when I go out on weekends in the evening. Switching to decaf has been very tough mentally.
