Test on a small area first! Silly me, I smeared it all over my hands, wrists, and lower arms before testing. I had a major allergic reaction - itching, swelling, etc. - and have never used it again.

My skin was too sensitive to the medicine, but others might get a benifit from it if they can use Ben Gay or something simliar.
