Oct 19, 2009 I take this for any inflammation associated with my Lumbar Spinal Stenosis and DDD. I have given up on narcotics to control pain. < $25 monthly

Oct 27, 2008 IF you are taking it for pain and stiffness in the muscles it doesn;t help much, but it does help with the joint pain monthly
