You can take up to 8 25mg a day. I take 75mg around 6pm every night. I also take 1 to 2 through the day, every several hours.

I have been taking this medication for a while to help my horrible itch. When I first started taking this medication I could only take it at night as it did make me feel very sleepy but after a few weeks I was able to take this medication during the day. A plus side of taking this medication is that it also can help with sickness and can be taken as well other anti sickness medications.
