When I started taking this medication as long as I ate with it I experienced no nausea, but a few months later, I experienced nausea/vomiting even after only taking half the prescribed dosage.

Advice & Tips
I actually have a script for 1-2 tablets as needed.
I find that this medicine "wake's me up" if I'm trying to sleep, so I try not to take it at night if I can avoid it.
It is one of the few things that makes a difference in my pain. I am NOT addicted. I am sick of people telling me all their garbage about me taking it. I find I don't need it when I get injections of steroids. I take it because I have PAIN. That's it. I wish they would quit talking about how bad it is because the junkies and addicts steal it. I think there is a type of people who can't drink alcohol or medications. I would be a completely miserable person if I didn't have it for pain. I would rather use this than be taking something constantly for pain (Cymbalta or lyrica) those side effects really scare me.
I believe I may have developed a tolerance to Lortab and it does not work as well as it might have in the past. It helps tremendously for pain and I take as few as I am able 1-2 a day typically. Frequency depends on activities. It is helpful when I struggle with diarrhea because it slows my bowel down. I notice no impairment whatsoever and can function fine.

Advice & Tips
It takes the edge of the pain while not getting rid of it really. I usually try OTC Aleve and give it an hour to see if it will help. This last two weeks, neither is helping.
