Advice & Tips: This drug actually serves a dual purpose. It is a tricyclic anti-depressant that has a side effect of dry mouth helping to treat excess saliva. It was originally prescribed for its drying effect. I stopped taking this because other medications I'm currently taking are causing the same dryness. This is an effective low cost dual purpose medication. I would recommend this medication for any patient in need of an anti depressant or management of excess saliva.

Advice & Tips: Unfortunately these affected my circulation in my hands and feet, they where always cold and my big toenails where becoming detatched from the nail bed as the nail bed was going soft. Since stopping the tablets iv been able to wake up much easier and my nail beds are starting to heal now and harden again. Also my hands and feet no longer feel like they are freezing cold all the time they feel normal warmth again.

Advice & Tips: It helps me with my sleep, before I was taking Zolpiedem to help me sleep, but I was doing things that I could not remember doing, and it was kind of scary. It took a little while to get the dosage right, but it seems to be working for the depression and with my insomnia.
