Advice & Tips: I've been getting panic attacks ever since my mom died in 2008. They would be so severe, I couldn't function. I stayed in bed and couldn't sleep due to all these worries I had. I was very depressed. My doctor recommended Xanax to help with the panic attacks, along with Paxil. Today I am enjoying life a lot more than I used to!!
