I smoke it every day. It might not be the best to smoke it, but it helps alot with my overall mood, appetite, nausea symptoms. Often it's the only thing that will stop me from throwing up while i'm doing chemo treatments, for long enough to jam down a few more pills to stop me from throwing up, to get on with my day. :)
