Advice & Tips
I have ALS with both upper and lower neurone damage yet my progression has been slow having survived 10 years from first symptoms and still have qualty of life. The only side effect is occasional diahoria which I think is natures way of saying you have taken a bit too much. I would recommend people to take it as soon as possible after diagnosis. It needs to be natural vitamin-E. Look at Dr Carsten Hager and vitamin E on the internet to find out why I take it.

Advice & Tips
Build up to the full dose over 2-3 weeks. The only side effect I have had is occasional diahorea which seems to be the body's way of telling you you have taken too much. I would advise plwMND to take it as early as possible (two thirds dose mid am and remaining 1/3 mid p.m)
