I have just resumed IV glutathione after nearly 2 months off. I cannot say I noticed any change in my condition when I stopped. I will proceed with once-weekly IVs and re-evaluate after another month. I suspect that any effect is not immediate as in the Perlmutter videos, but may show as a one-or-more point decrease in the PDRS over several months.

There is no immediate effect on the tremor of my right arm but after a few hours I feel clamer and notice a cessaton of tremor that can last a few more hours.

It has been very positive for me. When I am getting the IV, I feel very calm, like getting valium. I just feel better on this regimen. Many people with ALS and Parkinson's also do glutathione, up to three times per week.
