Mar 20, 2009 The only problem I had was when I was switched to Atenolol and was prescribed it at my old dosage, 200mg twice a day; I slept constantly. When I called the doctors' office and checked and found out it was doubled, and was put on half the dose, I was fine after a couple of weeks. < $25 monthly
