Have someone you trust remind you to take the medicines. I have my wife who reminds me, although I have the medicine in the cupboard by the glasses. When I experience headaches with the buproprion, I take some Aleve or Motrin.

I initially asked Pdoc for this med to assist my stop smoking nicotine efforts. The effects of the anti-anxiety component were noticeable behaviorally: symptoms reduced and intensity of symptoms lessened. As far as helping with my depression, I have been without an episode of major depression for as long as I have been taking wellbutrin. I don't allocate all credit to this med. I take Pristiq also. So, did it help me quit smoking? not yet.

I have noticed a more consistent level of lower anxiety on Wellbutrin. It has also noticeably helped decrease the depression a degree during episodes. I have also decreased my tabacco intake since taking .

It has worked with the Prozac and Trazadone to stop the terrible muscle spasms. My muscles would draw up into balls and not release. If these had not been stopped I couldn't have lived with it.

Very large drop in appetite when switched from XR to SR. Also difficulty sleeping about 5 nights after switch. Does seem to increase energy somewhat, but does not eliminate fatigue. Currently taking 300 mg to suppress desire to smoke. Has worked very well for that. "Brain Spins." See forum post, "Convulsions or What?"

Think this has caused decline in appetite. I believe it is an SNRI, which works on the dopamine system. I think my dopamine system is more off kilter than my serotonin system. This drug has worked for me in the past as well and I have minimal side effects.
