Advice & Tips: This vitamin B complex is one of the best energy boosters I've ever encountered. Coffee in the morning is great, but I put everything I can into making sure that I don't forget to take my B vitamins! The effect is obvious, and very quick. Side effects are increased energy, better immune responses to illness, and neon pee!

Advice & Tips: Don't drink energy drinks when you take a B supplement! And watch everything else you take, many other supplements have B vitamins thrown in. You don't want to overdose, it makes you very sick.

Advice & Tips: Take with breakfast a few times a week, helpful reminder to keep with breakfast cereal. I notice an increase in motor agitation (fidget, tap,etc.) when not taking... Also, believe it contributes to creating more of a calm/mellow attitude.
