Advice & Tips
I began using SuperNutrition Women's Menopause and Beyond Vitamins, and for some reason, they caused my constipation to get MUCH better. I have been taking them consistently for about 12 months now, and can tell a difference if I miss 2 or more days in a row. Have showed label to all my Doctors and no one really knows why they work so well for my chronic constipation. Only use Fleet Enema very rarely now...when I have not be vigilant about taking my vitamins!!!
