Advice & Tips
Medications are set up once a week for 3 times a day and this is only taken at night unless I am having very bad cramps. In that event I can take them PRN but I do not drive or cook as they make me sleepy.

This med seemed to help when I first started taking it. As time went on the sleep issues came back. I could tell no difference taking the med or not taking it. So to save money I quit taking it.
