My "unexpected positive effect" is that it actually works, and i wouldn't even have known that the mood swings, falling asleep, etc. were actually depression. i don't / didn't FEEL what i think of as depression, but i am glad it works!!!

I went to 150 mg XL morning and 150mg at night 2. no depression during the fall taking it morning and night it has nit trigger my mania and it improves my orgasms no depression
