Bad urinary retention, well beyond hesitancy. It takes me at least a full minute to start a stream, even when my bladder is really full.

Advice & Tips
Dividing dosage and taking twice per day makes heart palpitations more manageable. Dream side effect caused me to re-start dream journal - very desirable.
