I take this mainly when I know a mail will trigger cramps or already has - so not often but a couple times a week. So far it's been helpful.

This is great for bowel spasms. I also have an artificial sphincter and this helps the spasm around that area.

This is a wonder drug for IBS. It took care of the problems I was having like having to go every 5 minuts. Now I only need to take it on occasion and it solves the problem right away.
