Advice/Tips Cost
Mar 30, 2009 This is for Trager - I have two different types of massage that I use presently - Cranial Sacral and Trager. Both have made a great difference in my day to day living significant enough to keep me consistently on schedule with sessions. The use of massage to control pain levels is critical since I choose to try to avoid narcotic pain medication if I can. I am limited by the Worker's Comp. Adjustor to the number of sessions I may have per week, but it is also dependent upon my pain level for me to be functioning enough to manage keeping up with appointments for all treatments. I am not always able to handle as many in one week as another. $100-199 monthly

Dec 08, 2008 I am a massage therapist. Massages are great for people that suffer from depression or mood disorder. A massage is very relaxing and relieves the tension you carry in your shoulder and neck area. Also, massages relieve headaches as well. Most of massages increase the hormone of Cortisol which is a stress reduction hormone. < $25 monthly
Feb 01, 2009 A Swedish Massage is your basic massage and is very tranquil and relaxing. It is great if you are experience stress or PTSD. $200+ monthly
