I sleep better now but at 200mgs you wait until bed time to take it because 15 minutes after I take it I am asleep. It seemes to help my overall mood in general.

This helped me to get sleepy - it did not help me to stay asleep. No side effects but quit once I read that you should not mix with effexor.

I seem to be doing fine with drug with no side effects, I am feeling better with my anixety and it seens to have made a big diffrence with my improving my sleep. It is still working fine with little side effects other than decreased libido.

Working better for me than Lunesta, old school drugs tend to do better for me than the newer drugs, not really sure why, might be drug classification. No noticeable side effects like when I was on Elavil, Ambien or Lunesta.
