Advice/Tips
Get as much out of your stay as you can. Talk to other patients. Keep a journal. Know that YOU are the one who needs to get better - do not get wrapped up in anyone else's recovery. Go to the groups. Ask questions about your treatment. Be assertive. Don't stay in bed all day, no matter how much you might want to.
Burden
