Don't start before clearing Lyrica out of your system. It causes mental fogginess for lack of better description. No such problem after giving Lyrica time to clear out.

12/30/08 Slight sleepiness when starting and upping the dose. Did notice change in pain on the first day of taking it. Do not miss doses. Do notice increase in pain about an hour before next dosage is due.
