I am supposed to taken 60 mg, but there's been some kind of mix up with my mail order pharmacy, and I have run out of them and it looks like I will be waiting 2 mo. to get more. I don't feel like they are working so good.

I was prescribed this medication in November 2010 because of significant enough seasonal depression. I started at 10 mg and increased to 20 mg by the end of the winter and never noticed any significant positive effects but continued taking the medication. In April of 2011 my dose was increased to 30 mg to combat ongoing low-grade depression, would have been 40 but I was sure my doctor had said that was higher than he'd prescribe for bipolar so I talked him down to 30 mg. But even 30 mg made me very nearly manic and caused rapid mood cycling that, along with anxiety and life stressors landed me in the hospital. I never plan to take an antidepressant again.
