Advice & Tips
I am a massage therapist. I find these very important for treating stress, mood, panic, anxiety, and PTSD. Most of us suffer from some sort or head aches or muscle tension in our neck and shoulder area....all brought on by triggers and stressors.
They are expensive but well worth it. Some massages are covered by insurance if you go through a health care provider or chiropractor that has one on staff.
I do not pay for mine because I work in the field. The price I am listing is the average mean for this particular massage.
Cost
$200+ monthly

Advice & Tips
I am a massage therapist. Massages are great for people that suffer from depression or mood disorder. A massage is very relaxing and relieves the tension you carry in your shoulder and neck area. Also, massages relieve headaches as well.
Most of massages increase the hormone of Cortisol which is a stress reduction hormone.
