I take this for nausea. I have to take the bus often & I get incredibly motion-sick every time. My dr. said I could take it 1/2 hour before I planned on riding the bus to help prevent the the severe nausea - for the most part, it seems to work about 95% of the time. However, it does seem to give me a mild headache, so it's a sort of trade-off. So, sometimes I don't take it, for that reason (I get headaches a lot, if I already have one, I don't want to make it worse!).

Advice & Tips
Reglan gave me tardive dyskinesia which caused me to start having facial muscle spasms. Then I eventually started having the grand mal seizures, so I was taken off of it. There is no cure for tardive dyskinesia, so I will have to take seizure medication for the rest of my life, and I still have the muscle spasms....not just in my face anymore. I have them in my face, neck, arms, wrists, hands, and both legs. Sometimes I can't talk because my jaw severly twitches. Once my mouth starts twitching, my neck starts, followed by each other body part unless I take Valium.
