This medication seemed to have a bad reaction to another medication (methadone) that I was taking. My heart seemed to be skipping beats and my pressure and heart rate increased so it was stopped immediately.

I think this medication works even better than Savella as I have noticed a much higher quality of life and more energy than with Savella. It still rases my blood pressure, so I take Atenolol and Vasotec, but it's controllable.

I participated in one of the drug studies for cymbalta through UCLA. I knew within 3 days that I was on the drug and not the placebo. The dosage was increased after 6 months on the study and I have continued with that dosage.
