Start with 30 mg dosage as long as it works for you and is no longer making you sick. Only bump the dosage up if the 30 mg is no longer working for you, no matter what your dr says. Take it with food to avoid sick stomach. This side effect will go away with time. I take mine in the am and at lunch time so that it doesn't make it even harder to sleep.
