Within 30 minutes of taking it, my nose was so stuffy that I had to breathe through my mouth, making it difficult to fall asleep. Then I used nasal spray to stop that, and within another 20 minutes, my feet were tingling. It felt like RSL in my feet. It was so bothersome, that I couldn't fall asleep for several hours. My feet still tingled the next day and I woke up feeling extremely groggy. I called the doctor and was advised to stop taking it. I'm going back to cyclobenzaprine and going to bed earlier.

With taking steroids and/or any med. You need your sleep or your body will not work with the meds to heal you .

Made me like a zombie for the first 2 weeks, but goes away after that. Helped me slightly with anxiety and fibromyalgia, as well as the fact that i have started to sleep better at night.
