Listen to your body and keep track of your reactions. I felt difficulty within two days of Truvada after 13 years of treatment.

If you take it at night, and are planning to go out, you can take it a few hours early so you don't forget. There's some leeway with once a day pills.

Taking Truvada/Isentress combo for 6 days. Felt fine the first day. But sick with headache and nausea on the second and third day. Felt OK on the 4th day. But sick again for 5th and 6th day.

This medication is quite strong on me, I felt really dizzy just minutes after start taking it. Symptoms repeated over the first week, sometimes stronger sometimes mild. Very sleepy and sweaty at night. Symptoms started to dissapear by the second week but not completely

I like the combo of this drug with Intelence. It was much much easier for me to tolerate than the Atripla
