Adderall XR is a MUCH less expensive alternative and has worked JUST as well for me. I still have SOME of the side effects, but they are not NEARLY as pronounced as with Provigil.

getting on the lexapro and giving that about a month was the thing that helped the provigil have a better effectiveness in treating my fatigue and also helping me focus and deals with the depression all at the same time now. lexapro is the 1st anti-depressant that has ever had a good effect on me

It does seem to help fatigue. It is very expensive if you don't have insurance. I am insured at present time. Ater I pay out of pocket, I pay nothing. ($1500).
