The Wellbutrin helped almost immediately. I am best in the monings and evenings still but there is lots of energy, but I feel a bit like a robot

After some time and with the help of a counselor it became clear that my problem wasn't rooted in depression but in anxiety. The Bupropion XL was exacerbating that.

At one point, I upped the dosage to 450 mg/day (on the advice of my doctor) and had some pretty horrid side effects. My mood became really flat, and I felt kind of disoriented.

My doctor had me go up to 450mg of bupropion, and within a day I was having fairly severe depression and anxiety. I dropped the dosage back after just three days at that dosage.
