Advice & Tips
I heard about this on this site. I take a "minimum" dose of a spoonful (500 mg) in the morning, stirred up in generic Boost Plus and a spoonful at night stirred into limeade or soy milk. I won't know if it is increasing my CD4 for a while yet but I recently learned a new job at work and while I kept my usual notes I seemed to grasp it more easily than my usual norm. It also lets me skip the Imodium, but I keep it around just in case I need it.
Cost
$25-49 monthly
