I'm pleased to find that even the generic (Azelastine) is retains it's excellent efficiency and speedy relief of sinus congestion.

Advice & Tips

Astelin gets rid of the sinus congestion and the dry coughing too. Although this does not clear the nasal congestion itself, it lessens the overall burden of it all.
