Advice & Tips: I wasn't really expecting to feel better taking it, but I can tell difference when I don't. I always feel tired, but I feel less tired when I take it. Also there is less hair loss when I take this faithfully. Due to the multi diagnoses the hair loss is the most upsetting at times.
