I think SAMe has some good background but personally I felt like I was slipping into a depressed state, so I have stopped taking this andstuck to the 5-HTP

I started out two days ago with 400mg, on second day I felt positive effects but it's uncomfortable, too strong, toomuch stimulation. I will now skip a day then begin with 20mg daily.
