I went off Tramadol to start Low Dose Naltrexone. If this new one doesn't work, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Tramadol.

When I first started taking this it helped with my pain but also I remember noticing that I was more alert & focused. I was able to get things done instead of starting something then forgeting about it like laundry. I used to wash a load then get busy & forget to put it in the dryer. This has helped my mood also to just make me feel better. It doesn't take all my pain away I still hurt all the time but it does give me some relief so I can do day to day things. I can tell a big difference when I forget to take it.

This is the only other pain med I can be on while on Suboxone. I rarely take it unless I am climbing the walls with pain because it doesn't help much
